Malverde, a Southern California based Latino hip-hop artist has release his first major label album titled "La Leyenda Continua" (The Legend Continues) through Machete Music.
The new album features some of the finest Latinos emcees from
Cypress Hill's B-Real, Tony Toca, Sondoobie, and Aro Sanchez supporting one of Latin Hip-Hop fastest rising stars.
One of the music videos off the new album, "She Was My..." features the singer Tiffany Wilson and is directed by photographer and filmmaker Daniel Hasting.
The music video "Aqui Estamos" (We're Here) features Dominican emcee Aro Sanchez out of East Brooklyn New York. The music video was filmed in both Los Angeles and New York. From Washington Heights in Uptown NYC to Lincoln Heights in East LA the music video shows the differences and similarities of our people and our culture. Whether you're Mexicano, Dominicano, East Coast, or West Coast it's the same struggle grewing up poor in the projects and barrios.
